Shipping Costs
Shipping is through Australia Post, and is calculated based on the size of the order, and the size of the yarns ordered. We offer standard and express shipping but this will be dependent on our stock levels.
For orders over $150, Standard Shipping is free. Larger items may have an increased shipping fee, but we will advise in advance in these circumstances.
We can ship internationally too, please contact us to discuss.
What if I change my mind?
If the item you purchased is not what you ordered or is damaged, we will refund or exchange your goods. This offer is only available if proof of purchase is provided. The goods must be returned in a saleable condition, in original packaging and within 30 days of purchase.
Please note we do not offer under change of mind refunds but will usually be willing to exchange your item.
Things you should know:
Unforeseen manufacturing, supplier and delivery problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock unavailability. We reserve the right to limit quantities. Prices do not include accessories. Reproduction of colours may not be accurate.
